These Terms apply to mikeyreuter.com ("MikeyReuter.com", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What MikeyReuter.com is

MikeyReuter.com is an independent, unofficial website for tracking a trading-card collection.

2. Not affiliated

MikeyReuter.com is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, any card marketplace or price website, TCGdex or the Pokémon TCG API. Card names, images, set symbols and related marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards.

3. Card data and prices

Card details, images and prices come from free public APIs made for this kind of use (prices: averages of public market data in US dollars, from the free TCGdex API; no website is scraped) and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices are rough estimates for reference only. They are not an offer, appraisal or financial advice. Always check before you buy, sell or trade.

4. Using it without an account

You can track your cards without an account. Your collection is then saved only in your browser on that device: we never receive it and cannot recover it if your browser data is cleared, so keep a backup file.

5. Accounts

You can delete your account at any time (My profile → Edit profile → Delete my account); its data is removed as the Privacy Policy describes. You must be at least 13 to create an account. MikeyReuter.com is free and takes no payments.

Trading is optional and off until you turn it on: it only lets collectors who also trade find each other and compare Have / Want / Trade lists. MikeyReuter.com does not buy, sell, hold or ship cards, handle payments or take part in any trade; trades are between members, at their own risk. Be honest and respectful: no scams, spam or harassment.

You can create a free account by signing in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. We never ask for or store a password. Keep access to your email or Google account private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or to other accounts, copy the site or its data at scale with automated tools, or use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.

7. Our content

The MikeyReuter.com name, logo, design and code are original and belong to the site owner. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MikeyReuter.com and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or collection value, that comes from using the site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new Terms.
